Appointments

Appointments can be made by ringing reception on (02) 6492 4543 at any time. An answering machine service is available if reception is unattended and your call will be returned as soon as possible, or by dropping in during reception hours. Our practitioners are in high demand and in fairness to them and other patients who may be on waiting lists, a cancellation fee may be incurred if 24 hours notice is not given.

Payment

Payment must be given at time of appointment. Cash, cheque and EFTPOS are all accepted. Please note that American Express and Diners cards are not accepted. Hicaps is available for participating health funds.

Health Funds

All services and practitioners at Red Door Health Clinic are covered by private health insurance. Your level of cover and insurer will determine the rebate.

Staff

Our friendly reception staff are knowledgeable in all modalities available at Red Door Health Clinic and are very happy to help with any queries including which modality may be best. suited for your condition. All practitioners at Red Door Health Clinic hold up to date membership of Professional Associations, Indemnity Insurance and, where relevant, membership of national or state registration boards.

Gift Vouchers

Gift vouchers are available for all services offered at Red Door Health Clinic, except psychology. They can be purchased at reception or over the phone.  A postal service is available.

Red Door Health Clinic is open and operational throughout the NSW COVID-19 lockdown.
